Katie and Sangjoon’s Delamar Greenwich Wedding was unforgettable. Yes, they had a stunning reception design (the bride’s vision come true!) and a beautiful June day. But, more importantly, they had love and genuine care for one another and every single person that showed up for them. That’s something that can’t be fabricated on any day.

From the moment the day began, there was an overwhelming sense of joy surrounding these two. The weather could not have been more perfect for a summer wedding on the waterfront. The sun peeked through the clouds at just the right moments, which created the dreamiest light for portraits but also kept everyone comfortable throughout the day. It truly felt like New England summer at its finest.

What stood out most, though, was the incredible community gathered around Katie and Sang. Throughout the evening, every reception speech seemed to circle back to the same sentiment: Katie is the kind of person who makes genuine space for others. She shows up wholeheartedly, loves deeply, and is the friend everyone hopes to have in their corner. With fourteen bridesmaids standing beside her, it was impossible not to see the impact she has made on so many lives.

And then there’s Sang.
Calm, steady, loyal, and endlessly caring, he is the perfect complement to Katie’s warmth and energy. The way he looks at her says everything. He has a quiet presence that makes everyone feel comfortable, especially his wife. Watching the two of them together throughout the day made it clear just how perfectly they fit. They bring out the very best in one another.

The waterfront setting at the Delamar provided a stunning backdrop for portraits, with boats in the harbor, soft summer skies, and beautiful coastal views around every corner. Every moment felt relaxed and candid, which was exactly the kind of atmosphere Katie and Sang envisioned for their celebration.

Once the formalities were over, the party officially began.
The dance floor was absolutely packed from start to finish thanks to an incredible entertainment team that kept the energy soaring all night long. Family and friends celebrated with unmatched enthusiasm, creating the kind of reception everyone will be talking about for years to come.

Katie and Sang, what a privilege it was to witness and document this chapter of your story. Your love, your kindness, and the incredible community you’ve built around you made this wedding weekend one we won’t soon forget. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Chung! 🤍
