Planning and Guidance
Once you book your session, the planning begins! If you have a specific spot in mind – fantastic! If not, I'll provide expert guidance on my favorite locations. Additionally, you'll receive my senior outfit guide which will walk you through what to wear and where to shop for the best looks.
Portrait Session
On the day of your senior portrait session, we will photograph in different spots around the location and I will show you a variety of poses. If you've never done professional photos before – don't worry! I'll guide you and show you exactly what to do.
Heirlooms and Prints
Printing your photos is so important in our digital world. Having physical copies is SO important that I include a $100 credit towards premium artwork in every single senior portrait photography session. Print your photos, hang them up, and enjoy them for years!
The Investment
As your senior portrait photographer, I work with you through the full process of planning and guidance for your session. You'll receive a dedicated outfit guide, location selection assistance, and credit towards premium artwork. Your senior portrait experience is fully handled from beginning to end, and I am here to help!

Questions
How far out do we need to book?
I recommend that you book your senior portraits for the summer before your senior year. Reach out early, as we tend to book out six months in advance.
Do you Travel?
Yes! I photograph senior portraits all around New England and beyond. Travel is included for sessions within Connecticut. For locations beyond, please inquire for a travel quote.
What time of year is best?
Most seniors book their portraits during summer time when flowers are in peak bloom. Alternatively, for a different look and feel, I recommend fall for peak foliage!
Can I bring someone with me?
If you are under 18 years old, please have a parent or guardian present at your session. Otherwise, you are welcome to have family or friends present to watch the session.
Can my session include family photos?
I think it is always a great idea to add on family photos to your session! In order to make the most of your time, you will need to book a signature portrait session which will allow 30 minutes for senior portraits and 30 minutes for family portraits.
Can I do an outfit change?
I recommend having two outfits for your senior portrait session: one more casual (think jeans and a top) and one more formal (think dress or suit).
Can we reschedule if weather is bad?
We have absolutely no control over the weather, so we will of course reschedule if there are unsafe circumstances, subject to availability. Please note that I do not reschedule due to cloudy weather.
