More than ten years ago, my church priest handed me his DSLR and asked me if I was interested in photographing events and services. Little did I know, that was just the beginning of my photography journey in the church. Fast forward to today, I have photographed dozens of church events including baptisms, ordinations, and more.

Growing up Greek Orthodox meant I went to a LOT of church services. I’ve developed such a passion for being a baptism photographer because the services are full of so much meaning and tradition. Every single time I photograph a baptism, it is such a blessing and “pinch me” moment for how lucky I am to photograph such incredible religious milestones in life.

Reach out to me and let’s connect! We will start by going over how much coverage you need and what baptism details are most important to you to be photographed. We’ll also work together to make a family photo list for after the service.
Day-Of
Day-of, I’ll show up to photograph! I recommend that you have all details (baptism gown, shoes, cross, icons, etc.) prepared in a special spot so that I can photograph those special details before the baptism service begins.
Heirloom Keepsakes
I believe that your experience is not complete until you have printed photos that you can look through forever. Each baptism, ordination, or service comes with an 8x8 linen album so that you can remember these sweet moments forever.

Questions
Have you photographed baptisms before?
Yes! I first started photographing in churches over ten years ago, and fell in love with it. Since then, I have photographed dozens of baptisms, ordinations, weddings, and even first communions in churches across the United States.
What if my church has photography restrictions?
Every single church is different, and I work my hardest to respect the rules of each sanctuary. I ask that you let me know of any restrictions ahead of time. Luckily, I have worked in many spaces where I am not allowed to move past a certain point (or sometimes, at all). That’s why I have built up my gear to have multiple different types of lenses to approach any situation just like this and still be fully prepared.
Do you photograph non-orthodox events?
Of course! Although I have a special focus and a lot of experience specifically in photographing Orthodox Christian baptisms, I photograph baptisms of all kinds, including Catholic baptisms. Inquire now to make sure I have your date available!
Do you have travel fees?
Collection pricing is inclusive of travel for sessions within Connecticut and Massachusetts. If you’d like your session to take place in another state, I will provide you with a custom quote.
Can we order prints and albums?
Every baptism comes with an 8x8 linen album so that you can truly hold onto your images for forever. Additionally, you will receive an online digital gallery of the baptism where you can directly order prints.
Can we see past baptisms?
Due to the privacy reasons, I don’t share fully finished baptism galleries, but I do share highlights. If you’d like to see a full gallery from another session or wedding, I am more than happy to share some with you when you inquire.
